Payment
You can pay by cash or card. Our delivery drivers carry a maximum of £10 in change and all payments must be made in £ sterling.
Please ensure your card payment completes so we receive your order; closing the payment page prematurely may cause the transaction to fail.
Ordering and Cancellation
Your Order Confirmation records our agreement to deliver the items you have ordered and paid for in full. If someone else places an order on your behalf, you confirm that they acted as your agent. Once an order is confirmed it cannot be amended or cancelled.
By submitting your order details you are making an offer to purchase the specified item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any order when necessary.
Discounts and Carrier Bag Fee
Any discounts may apply only to orders above a specified value and exclude meal deals and delivery charges.
We reserve the right to add a 10p carrier bag fee as required by Government regulations and will charge at least one bag per order where applicable.
Products
Products are provided subject to availability. In most cases your local Milk Sheikhs store manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item. Some products may contain nuts or bones despite our precautions. Desserts, ice cream and ham sold by Milk Sheikhs may contain nut derivatives. Although we take care to remove all bones from chicken and ham, some may remain. A minimum order value may apply; the applicable minimum for your store will be shown at checkout.
Delivery and Latest Order Time
We aim to provide reliable, on-time delivery, but delays can occur due to factors such as weather, staff illness or traffic. If your order is delayed we will aim to notify you by text message.
We cannot accept orders for delivery or collection less than 15 minutes before the stated closing time. Customers collecting orders must arrive before the store’s closing time; we will be unable to serve collections that arrive after closing. If you have questions, please call the store and ask to speak with the duty manager.
